Project Overview
Between June and December 2024, IOIF conducted a comprehensive Monitoring & Evaluation mission on behalf of TIPA to assess the outcomes of its 2021–2024 Strategic Programme. The evaluation sought to understand whether TIPA’s stated goals translated into meaningful, measurable impact on the ground.
By engaging with a broad range of TIPA stakeholders across education, community, and program implementation we gathered qualitative and quantitative data to map performance against strategic goals.
Outcome & Legacy
The project concluded with a detailed evaluation report , paired with custom tools and training sessions to empower TIPA’s leadership in designing their 2025–2029 strategy.
This initiative not only reinforced our commitment to evidence-based development but also demonstrated the power of strategic reflection in ensuring resilient, mission-driven programming.
